Booking terms

These terms apply to every Woolly Bears class. By paying, you agree to them.

Your place

Paying confirms your place. Within 3 days of paying, and before your first session, please send us the family form, which includes the waiver. If we don't receive it in time, we may release your spot and refund you in full.

Group size

Each class is capped at 12 children, not counting younger siblings. If more children register than we have spots, the most recent registrations get a full refund.

Younger siblings

Children aged 5 and under come free. They stay with their parent, who looks after them.

Withdrawing from a series

For classes that run over several weeks:

Before the first session: full refund.
After the first session, before the second: everything back except $20 per child, which covers the first session.
From the second session: no refund.

Please email withdrawals to hello@thewoollybears.com. Once the second session of a series starts, the fee is non-refundable for any reason, including fit, schedule changes or concerns about the group.

Winter Series 2026

Fall Series 2026

Cancel before Oct 12	Full refund
Cancel before Oct 19	$100 back per child
From Oct 19	No refund

Everything else

Parents stay

A parent or guardian stays on site with their children for every session and is responsible for supervising them and any younger siblings. This isn't a drop-off program.

Code of Conduct

Every family agrees to our Code of Conduct. If a family repeatedly doesn't follow it, we may ask them to leave the group, and refunds follow the policy above.

Waiver

The family form includes a liability waiver, which must be signed before your first session.

Changes and cancellations

We go out rain or shine. If we have to cancel a whole class or series, you get a full refund. Schedule changes go out by email or in the WhatsApp group.

Questions about a charge

If you have a concern about a charge, please email us first and we'll sort it out. If a charge made under these terms is disputed with a card provider, we'll share your signed family form, these terms and attendance records with them.

Your information

We use your details only to run the classes and contact you about them. We don't sell or share them. We use simple website analytics to see which pages are visited, so we can improve the site.
